- Dice up 2 tomatoes and 4 oz fresh mozzarella.
- In a glass bowl, mix together tomatoes, mozzarella, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle dried basil, salt and pepper to taste!
