Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 2 tbsp kalamata olives, chopped
- Mint leaves, 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Parsley leaves, 2 tbsp finely chopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan sea salt, to taste
- Bragg Liquid Amino, to taste
Directions:
- Toss all together.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
